You can now find Carosesa in Tastes Delicatessen, an independent deli in the heart of historic Eton
Carosesa’s founder Yasemen Kaner-White is a Windsor girl, she holds her hometown - Windsor close to her heart; so it is a delight that her local deli, in adjoining town Eton (connected by Windsor Bridge) now stocks Carosesa.
It was in Windsor that she made her first batch of Carosesa, which did so well, she now has it manufactured in a factory; only so much can be done out of a little residential kitchen!
Tastes Delicatessen is the place to go to grab something crafted locally or indeed sourced for your pleasure from far flung places, either way, the owners are diligent about their selection of produce. Windsor and Eton are definitely worth a day out, so if you haven’t been, be sure to dedicate a day to discovering these quintessentially English twinned towns. Visit Windsor Castle, have a picnic and walk up The Long Walk, go on a tour around Eton College, shop in the lovely local independent shops, have a coffee or glass of something bubbly overlooking the river Thames or maybe even hire a boat and cruise along the waters at your own pace and of course…visit Tastes Delicatessen and have a try of Carosesa (tastings available in store), then purchase your very own jar to enjoy at home.
